1) General shipping
1.1. We ship orders all over the Arab Republic of Egypt.
1.2. Your order will be processed within 24 hours if the product is available in stock.
1.3. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
1.4. If we have a large volume of orders, your order may be some time behind the scheduled delivery date, and you will be notified.
2) Shipping time
Shipping and delivery times vary according to the governorate, city, and region in which you are located, as follows:
2.1. The period for delivering products to major cities (such as Cairo – Giza) ranges from (1) to (3) working days.
2.2. The period of delivery of products to the rest of the governorates, cities and remote areas ranges from (3) to (7) working days.
3) Shipping fee
3.1. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in addition to the price of the products he orders from the Petshopeg store, and they will be paid upon receipt of the order.
3.2. Shipping fees vary according to the buyer’s province and city, you can check the shipping amount on the order completion page after choosing the city you want to ship to.
3.3. Shipping charges are not refundable if you reject any order after it’s shipped without any justification.
4) Shipping confirmation and order tracking
4.1. Dear buyer, to receive your order as soon as possible, please add this data carefully to avoid any delay, which includes your full name, available phone number, and the detailed address (city – district – street – building).
4.2. When the order is shipped, you will receive a message or call confirming the shipment and follow up your request with our representative.
5) Receive the request
5.1. We try our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but we do not guarantee that, as there may be a number of unforeseen reasons (such as force majeure and reasons beyond our control) that will lead to the arrival of your order after the expected arrival date.
5.2. After receiving your order in good condition you must sign the receipt invoice.
